We ship worldwide! We ship our packages via Canada Post expedited shipping for Canada and USA orders and Canada Post Xpresspost for international orders.

International orders (including US orders) may be subject to import duties and customs, which you will be liable for. Orders may be held at the border, which may increase the estimated delivery times.

Expedited shipping: 3 - 10 business days. 
Under $100 CAD*: Rates calculated by weight.
Over $100 CAD*: Free shipping

International Orders

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD after any discounts and before taxes to Canada and the USA.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We carefully pack each order by hand, usually within 24 to 72 hours. Please note that orders placed on the weekends and statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

After we process your order, we will send it to Canada Post. Once your package has been processed by Canada Post, you will be sent tracking information via email. 

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. We recommend placing multiple orders if you’d like to ship to more than one address. Please contact us at team@jubelnaturals.ca if you are shipping to 5 or more locations. 


Mistakes happen! If you entered the wrong address or need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at team@jubelnaturals.ca and we will be happy to help. 

Unfortunately, once your order has been sent to Canada Post, we cannot change your shipping address. Please directly contact Canada Post to redirect your package to a different address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order on the Order Page sent via email.

Please wait 24 hours after receiving your tracking number as it sometimes takes a while for the carrier to update this information. If it’s still not working, please contact us at team@jubelnaturals.ca with your name and order confirmation number. 


If you’d like to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at team@jubelnaturals.ca or call us at 1-833-409-2021 (Monday to Friday, 10am - 3pm PT). 

Once your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order.

Yes we do! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

We currently do not sell gift cards, but we are working on offering them soon!

No, unfortunately we do not offer order pick-ups.

No, unfortunately we do not offer a local delivery service.

Unfortunately, we do not offer backorders at this time. We’re working as hard as we can to restock products ASAP. Feel free to send us a message at team@jubelnaturals.ca and we’ll be happy to let you know when the product is available.

At Jubel Naturals, natural refers to products that are made with ingredients extracted from plant-based sources. We use natural ingredients to power our skincare and wellness products. We highly encourage you to go through and compare our ingredients to other brands!

Veganism is the practice of abstaining from the consumption or use of animal and animal products. All Jubel Naturals products are vegan. We never include ingredients sourced from animals in our products.

Cruelty free refers to products that have not been tested on animals. All Jubel Natural products are cruelty free certified by Leaping Bunny and PETA. We have never and will never test on animals nor use any ingredients that have been tested on animals in our products. 

NPN stands for Natural Product Number. This is an eight-digit number that identifies the product as an approved Natural Health Product (NHP) by Health Canada as safe, effective and of high quality under Canadian Natural Health Product Regulations.
