We ship out speedy quick! Usually within 48 hours*.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, sorry! Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order on the Order Page sent via email.

My tracking number isn’t working, what should I do?

Please wait 24 hours after receiving your tracking number as it sometimes takes a while for the carrier to update this information. If it’s still not working, please contact us atteam@jubelnaturals.cawith your name and order confirmation number.

What is Natural?

At Jubel Naturals, natural refers to products that are made with ingredients extracted from plant-based sources. We use natural ingredients to power our skincare and wellness products. We highly encourage you to go through and compare our ingredients to other brands!

What is Vegan?

Veganism is the practice of abstaining from the consumption or use of animal and animal products. All Jubel Naturals products are vegan. We never include ingredients sourced from animals in our products.

What is Cruelty Free?

Cruelty free refers to products that have not been tested on animals. All Jubel Natural products are cruelty free certified by Leaping Bunny and PETA. We have never and will never test on animals nor use any ingredients that have been tested on animals in our products. 

What are NPNs?

NPN stands for Natural Product Number. This is an eight-digit number that identifies the product as an approved Natural Health Product (NHP) by Health Canada as safe, effective and of high quality under Canadian Natural Health Product Regulations.

How do I recycle glass bottles?

Step 1: Remove the pump cap from the bottle.

Step 2: Thoroughly rinse the empty glass bottle and pump cap.

Step 3: Place both separately in the recycling bin.*

*Check with your local recycling department to ensure that they can accept the pump cap. If not accepted, please toss the pump cap in the garbage.

How do I recycle plastic tubes?

Step 1: Cut the tube in half.

Step 2: Scoop out any excess product, then rinse the tube thoroughly.

Step 3: Remove the cap and rinse.

Step 4: Place both separately in the recycling bin.*

*Check with your local recycling department to ensure that they can accept plastic tubes for recycling. If not accepted, please toss the empty tube in the garbage.

How do i recycle plastic bottles?

Mist Bottles:

Step 1: Twist and remove the spray pump.

Step 2: Thoroughly rinse the empty bottle and spray pump.

Step 3: Place both separately in the recycling bin.*

*Check with your local recycling department to ensure that they can accept the spray pump. If not accepted, please toss the spray pump in the garbage.

Plastic Jar:

Step 1: Twist and remove the lid.

Step 2: Thoroughly rinse the empty jar and lid.

Step 3: Place both separately in the recycling bin.

How do I recycle glass Roll Ons?

Step 1: Remove the cap and rinse.

Step 2: Carefully remove the roll-on applicator and place it in the garbage.

Step 3: Rinse the empty glass bottle thoroughly.

Step 4: Place the empty glass bottle and cap separately in the recycling bin.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we do! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Am I allowed to pick up my order?

No, unfortunately we do not offer order pick-ups.

Do you guys do local delivery?

No, unfortunately we do not offer a local delivery service.

The product I want is out of stock. Can I still order an out of stock item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer backorders at this time. We’re working as hard as we can to restock products ASAP. Feel free to send us a message at team@jubelnaturals.ca and we’ll be happy to let you know when the product is available.
