we take pride in the quality of the products we make. if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a full refund for products returned within 30 days from the day your original order was delivered.
how to Return: to start a return, you can contact us at team@jubelnaturals.ca. when your return requested is accepted, we’ll either email you a return shipping label for a flat rate of $11 or you can ship on your own. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Full refund or credit (including tax where applicable) for items returned within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Products can be used but we do not accept empty or near-empty bottles.
- Partially returned kits will be reimbursed as store credit. All products must be returned and received by us in order to be refunded.
- If an exchange is requested, a store credit will be issued for the returned item and the credit will be used to purchase the new product.
- All returned or exchanged products must be sent to our facilities in the same manner they were received and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Products purchased with store credit will be reimbursed as store credit.
- Promotion codes are considered a discount on the order and the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Promotion codes and discounts will not apply to exchanges.
- We are unable to issue a refund or exchange for any gift with purchase.
- For products purchased from any of our other authorized retail partners (including online retailers), please contact the retailer to complete a return/exchange. We can only accept returns/exchanges for orders placed directly from our website.
- If your original payment method is expired or no longer valid, we are only able to issue a refund in the form of a store credit.
- If you received your product as a gift, it is eligible for a store credit or exchange. Please reach out to our customer care team here, so we can obtain and confirm the original order details.
